The youth named Abul Islam was near the Gilandi River when he spotted a Deer swept away in the river barking for help. He immediately jumped into the river and rescued it. Later the forest department was informed and the animal was handed over to them. The forest officials told TNI that it will be freed in the jungle once first aid is given to it.
